Our Story Unveiled

For over ten years, I worked behind the scenes of successful restaurants — making sure everything ran right, staff were happy, and customers left satisfied. I loved the energy, the rush, and the joy of helping others enjoy a great meal.

 

But somewhere along the way, something changed.

 

I started feeling this pull — not just to manage restaurants, but to be part of the cooking. I wanted to create the food myself, not just oversee it. So I made a big decision: I stepped away from a stable, successful career to start all over again — this time in the kitchen.

 

I didn’t go to culinary school. I went the long way — I learned from the ground up. I studied, practiced, burned things, ruined things, stayed up late trying to get things just right. It wasn’t easy. But it was worth it.

 

Somewhere in that process, I fell in love with the smash burger. Simple. Bold. Full of character. It’s not just a burger — it’s a test of skill. Getting that perfect sear, the crispy edges, the juicy bite — it became an obsession. And now, it’s what I do.

 

Today, I run this burger joint with everything I’ve learned — from years of managing restaurants to years of learning how to cook with my own two hands. Every burger we serve is made with care, and every recipe tells a little piece of that journey.
